Toraya's proud motsunabe is made with fresh domestically produced motsuya vegetables, white miso from a long-established miso shop that has been around since the Edo period, and dashi stock made from carefully selected natural ingredients.Since our establishment, we have continued to be loved by everyone for our unchanging taste.This is a masterpiece that has a rich yet natural and gentle flavor that you will never get at other motsu nabe restaurants★ Please note that orders must be made for a number of people.
